Tsumori Chisato for Shu Uemura - Quite Possibly the Cutest Makeup Collection There Ever Was!

Japanese fashion designer Tsumori Chisato collaborated with Shu Uemura to bring us a ridiculously cute collection of cosmetics and accessories that I guarantee you'll be hard-pressed to resist. Inspiration for the collection from “The Little Prince” and the cosmos and the collection's packaging definitely reflects this with its plethora of glitter, shimmer, stars and playful renderings of cats.

See more photos and check out collection details and pricing after the jump!

The Tsumori Chisato for Shu Uemura collection includes:

I want it all but since I'm trying to be a little more responsible about my beauty spending, I may just go for the Rouge Unlimited lipstick in Jupitor Brown. I'm not entirely crazy about the shade (anything that has the word brown in it is generally a no-no for me) but I'm gaga over the cute packaging!

What will you be picking up from the collection?

omg girls.. shu's eye shadows are awesome.. I like them a lot. they are not as sheer as other japannese brands. they also got interesting colors. but the 2 holiday palette is not very interesting looking from the picture. I have not seen it in person thou. jen, you have to get the lipstick... ITS SO CUTE.. picture is not doing the justice..

I have to get the lipstick and maybe the brush set if they're as good quality as the regular shu brushes that I adore. The kitty packaging on both are to die for!

Well, I purchased the cat palette on sephora.com sight unseen with the F&F promo! I'm new to Shu but I just started using one of their skin care lines and have a few lipsticks. I have an e/s as well but haven't used it (purple) probably because as someone else mentioned, it's not that sheer. Still, I am sure I'll love the palette!

Ying I popped over and it actually looks really nice! Not at all as brown as I expected, and it's definitely got a little pink tinge to it. Yay!

Ezzie I'm a huge cat person but I'm loving these cat renderings. So cute!

Joolz please do share with us once you've received it! I'd love to hear all about it!

Everything needs playful renderings of cats. This is insanely kawaii, particularly that little bag...

Kat I knew this line would be popular but I'm so surprised by how quickly everything is selling out. Literally within days!

Hi coffretgorge!

I'm so jealous that you got three shades that sound so pretty, whereas all we Americans got was brown! Boooo! Moon Peach and Venus Pink sound so much prettier =X.

Definitely go for a palette, I think they're real collector's items and the packaging is just so cute. I couldn't bring myself to indulge but I think everyone else should so that I can live vicariously through them! =P
